Should the fault that you report turn out NOT to be an emergency, any after hour charges for the attendance of contractors or our time administering the issue, may be re directed to you. We therefore request that you assess if the incident is an emergency that requires after hours attention or if it can be addressed during business hours to avoid any unnecessary cost.
